Part-time Human Resources Assistant

Our client, a dynamic organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join their team. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be part of the HR department supporting various HR functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Part-time Human Resources Assistant

Location: New York Mills, MN

Pay Range: $20-23 per hour, depending on experience

Shift: Times are negotiable

What's the Job?

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and supporting candidate communications.
• Maintain employee personnel records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and HR transactions to support employee needs.
• Support HR programs, training initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of HR systems and reports.

What's Needed?

• 1-3 years of experience in HR, administrative, or related fields.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systems (HRIS).
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Availability to work 20-25 hours per week, with flexible start and end times.
